An Afternoon Treat: P96 in a Plexus Shaker Bottle
Did you know? Plexus 96 or P96 for short is a great protein shake that mixes right in one of Plexus's shaker bottles or any water bottle, or you can spice things up with your own fresh fruits in a blender! I enjoy the way it makes me feel like I've had something, with only 96 calories! Need a quick treat for the afternoon? Just tear open one pouch and mix it with no more than half a regular-sized bottle of water, or about 3 marks on the Plexus bottle. Shake well! It is a thick shake, and we don't want lumps! It is so smooth and creamy, and filling too. The nice part about it is that I didn't overload my system with sugar, artificial ingredients or high-fructose corn syrup, and I got 20 vitamins & minerals & 15 grams of protein. 15 grams--that's more than the same serving of high-protein milk, and I find it tastier.
