I started plexus three weeks ago after a friend recommended it, as I had been considering getting on medication for a longtime problem with ADD and supposedly some people had gotten of medication with plexus as an alternative. Aside from that I had, for sometime, felt really lethargic, bloated, and lazy, pretty much constantly. I started on the slim in the morning and probio5 at night and within the first day I felt clearer, the first week I had more energy and by this past week I think I'm probably down around 7-10 percent body fat (originally started around 15-18) and have not felt as good in a long time. I've continued the same workout routine as I have in the past, about 5 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour of weight training and 10-15 of cardio. I've altered my diet only slightly in that I haven't had a coke or tea (nor wanted one) fried food, or sweets since I started 3 weeks ago. I kept my protein intake fairly high, around 150 grams a day, and my only carb intake is from whole grains, which I also kept to a minimum. Ending in about 6 lbs lost in fat.
My testimony here is not in weight loss as most are, but to let everyone know that the mental clarity and energy alone that this stuff provides NATURALLY, without stimulants is nothing short of badass. I'm impressed at the results from such a short time!
