Eventually, I decided that God didn't intend us to be this sick. I finally understood that we, the human race, are sick because we have altered God's design.
In the Garden of Eden they had vine ripened fruits and vegetables and fresh water. There were no McDonald's drive-thrus, no Coca-Cola in a petroleum based plastic bottle. They had to "work" to grow and gather their food, or they didn't eat. Now, what do we do? Now, we often sit for long hours at home, work or school. Right now while typing this, I just sat for a couple of hours while watching Jobs (a very inspiring movie). And that's after sitting for 5+ hours driving back and forth to Lubbock for my son's All Region Band Concert. My tail hurts from all the sitting.
