I got started with Young Living Essential Oils because I was having trouble sleeping. Someone I know suggested that I try essential oils and at first, I kind of just blew them off because I was so skeptical of essential oils, but months later when I was still having trouble sleeping, they again suggested I just try Valerian essential oil. So I decided to try it and after using the oil for about a week or so, I was finally able to fall asleep easier and stay asleep which I hadn't done in years! After that, I did some research on my own and talked to a Young Living member and decided to become a member myself. I then started adding essential oils and oil supplements to my daily living and I'm so happy that I made that decision! My husband and I joke all the time that if anything happens, we will say...there's an oil for that!

The first oil I started with was Valerian and from there I moved to other oils to help me relax and sleep at night like Rutavala Roll-on, SleepEssence, Lavender and I've even made my own roll-on mixture of Lavender and Vetiver to roll-on my feet before I go to bed. The Premium Starter Kit was the best purchase that I could have made because it comes with a diffuser and 11 of the most popular essential oils (Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, R.C., Digize, Stress Away, Peppermint, Copaiba, Purification, Panaway and Thieves) of which I have used every single oil in that kit so much so that I have already had to replace all of them and then some! Another oil that is not included in the kit that I use frequently is Cedarwood, which I use on my skin and hair and to also help me relax at night. I have now also added oil supplements to my daily routine like Ningxia Red, OmegaGize, Sulfurzyme and much more!
